Who we are
Orchestrated Social Limited, registered in England & Wales, company number 10727602, is the data controller for information collected through this site. Contact us at hello@investablepitch.com.
What we collect
What you type into the submission form: your name, email address and, optionally, your company name. The pitch deck PDF you upload. We also keep the report we produce for you, and the account that lets you read it.
If, and only if, you allow it: anonymous statistics about how the site is used. We set no advertising or tracking identifiers.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, and only with your permission. Until you choose “Accept all”, the Google Analytics script is never requested, no connection to Google is made, and no analytics cookies are set.
Where you do allow it, Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you arrived, approximate location derived from your IP address, and details of your device and browser. It writes the cookies listed in the cookie policy. Google acts as our processor for this, and it is a United States company, so allowing analytics means data about your visit is transferred to the United States.
You can withdraw permission at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. Doing so stops collection and deletes the analytics cookies from your browser.
Why we use it
To produce your report, to give you an account to read it, to email you when it is ready, and to keep our own records of work done and paid for.
Who processes it for us
Amazon Web Services hosts the site and stores your deck and report, in the London region.
Stripe takes your payment. Stripe receives your email address and payment details directly. We never see your card number.
Anthropic processes the contents of your deck to generate the report. This means the text of your deck is sent to Anthropic’s API.
Amazon Simple Email Service sends the emails we send you.
Google Analytics measures use of the site, but only if you allow it.
Stripe and Anthropic are United States companies, and so is Google, so using this service involves a transfer of your information to the United States.
Fonts
Our typefaces are served from our own domain rather than from a third party, so rendering a page does not disclose your visit to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your deck, your report and your account for as long as you have a use for them and for our own records afterwards. Ask us and we will delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@investablepitch.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
